Mike Alerding, CPA, was a Founding Director of Alerding CPA Group in 1998 serving as Managing Director until 2011. He currently serves in an Of Counsel capacity. During his nearly 50 years in public accounting, Mike has amassed a significant client base including service organizations, nonprofits, wholesale and distribution, construction, manufacturing, retail, franchises, health and welfare organizations, law firms and national patriotic organizations.

During his career, Mike has presented over 100 accounting and auditing seminars including the AICPA, Indiana CPA Society, American Bankers Association, Indiana Bankers Association, Purdue University and many more community and civic organizations.
